Shipping Policy

At LM form, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our valued customers. Please review our shipping policy to understand the details of how we handle the delivery of your orders.

1. Made-to-Order Production All L. MILLER clothing is made to order. Please allow the following production lead times before your order is shipped:

  • Accessories: approximately 2 weeks
  • Clothing: approximately 8 weeks

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been produced and dispatched.

2. Free Domestic Shipping All orders shipped within the USA qualify for free standard shipping. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.

3. International Shipping We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers outside of the USA. International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

4. Shipping Time Once your order has been produced and dispatched, domestic orders usually arrive within 5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking information.

6. Address Accuracy It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages L. MILLER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. If you have concerns about the security of your delivery location, we recommend selecting a secure shipping address or opting for signature confirmation at checkout.

8. Returns Due to Unsuccessful Delivery If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

9. Holiday Shipping During peak seasons and holidays, production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
