Shipping Policy

At Lucas F. Miller, we want the delivery of your order to be straightforward. Please review this policy to understand how we handle shipping.
1. Production Times
Production time is stated on each product page and depends on the item:
- Made-to-order clothing is produced after your order is placed and takes up to 3 weeks before dispatch.
- Accessories take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 7 days.
- Pre-order items are labelled as pre-order in the product description, with the expected dispatch date shown for that item.
These times are in addition to shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If your order contains both an in-stock item and a made-to-order or pre-order item, we hold the order and ship everything together once all items are ready.
2. Domestic Shipping
Shipping within the USA is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Orders of 350 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Once dispatched, domestic orders usually arrive within 5 business days.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Transit times vary by destination and local customs procedures.
Customs duties, import taxes and handling charges are not included in the price at checkout. Where they apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable to the carrier or the relevant authority on or before delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If you notice a mistake, contact us at contact@lmiller.clothing as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
6. Delivery and Lost Packages
Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@lmiller.clothing and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
For orders shipped within the USA, once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided, responsibility for the package passes to you. We are not able to replace or refund packages that are confirmed as delivered but subsequently go missing from the delivery location. If you are concerned about the security of your delivery address, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the parcel.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the paragraph above does not apply to you. Risk in the goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, and a package that does not reach you remains our responsibility regardless of carrier confirmation.
7. Failed Delivery and Refused Parcels
If a package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts, or because import charges were not paid, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping it. If you would prefer not to have it reshipped, we will refund the item less the original outbound shipping cost and any charges we incurred on the return. Made-to-order items refused in these circumstances remain final sale.
8. Delays
During peak seasons and holidays, production and shipping times may run longer than usual. If your order is going to be dispatched more than 2 weeks later than the production time stated on the product page, we will contact you, and you may cancel your order for a full refund at that point, including made-to-order items.
